Timothy was born on December 3, 1962 and passed away on Monday, June 18, 2012.
Timothy was a resident of Brazil, Indiana at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Kim.
Services will be at River Community Church, Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 1:00pm with Pastor Julie Lake officiating. Burial will follow at Clearview Cemetery. Visitation will be at French Funeral Home, Wednesday, from 4-8pm.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Tim Sullivan Trust Fund c/o Riddell National Bank, 1 E. National Ave. Brazil, IN 47834 to help with his children's education.
