Susan J. Moody, 48, of Indianapolis, passed away April 22, 2012. Survivors include her mother, Nancy J. Samper; father; Richard D. Moody of Deerfield Beach, FL; sister, Camilla Moody; grandmother, Edna Howe of Columbus, IN; nieces and nephews: Jordan Moody, Kayla Moody – Grant, and Elijah Moody – Grant ; companion, Lynn Farmer ; and step siblings: Michael Samper and Lisa McLure. She was preceded in death by her step father, Ferd Samper. Susan was a graduate of Indiana University. She was the General Manager of the former Cozy Restaurant, located downtown Indianapolis. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 27, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street. Visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery. Contributions in Susan's memory may be made to the Marion County Humane Society.

She was always known for being free and good spirited. She would always raise the moods of the people she was around. Always filled with joy and bringing laughter, happiness and a sense of comfort to the people she was around.
