Rick was born on January 3, 1962 and passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2012.
Rick was a resident of Bedford, Indiana at the time of his passing.
He was a U. S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife Tamara.
Funeral service will be at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, April 15, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Frank Ira and Bud Smith officiating. Cremation was chosen and burial will be at a later date in Mitchell Cemetery with military honors accorded by American Legion Post No. 250 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9107. Friends may call from 2:00 p.m. until the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
