Mr. Perry was born on May 5, 1946 and passed away on Monday, September 10, 2012.

Mr. Perry was a resident of Columbus, Indiana at the time of his passing.

Mr. Perry was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his wife Brenda.

Burial will be at Shiloh Separate Baptist Church Cemetery. Full military rites will be presented by the Bartholomew County Veterans Color Guard.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Rev. Nathan Shockley officiating.
