Mary Annetta Ettinger

79, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 17, 2012 . Annetta was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who worked selflessly to provide a loving Christian home for her family, who were the center of her life. Annetta cherished her family and friends, was deeply loved by all and will be missed by many.

Annetta was born in Indianapolis, IN on January 7, 1933, to Thomas and Mary Gaither. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Charles A. Ettinger, sister Marie Koker, her children, Steven (Andrea) Ettinger, Nancy ( Jim) Adams, Janice (Mike) Baugh, Charla Ettner, Mary (Arthur) Haupt, Tom (Candi) Ettinger, her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Annetta was a member of Fleming Garden Christian Church and loved her church family deeply. She was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eastern Star, Lynhurst Lodge #505. She was a graduate of Manual High School and studied at Herron School of Art. She retired from Western Electric and went on to become a Real Estate Broker for Century 21 retiring in 1983. She was well known for her steadfast faith and artistic abilities. She has blessed many homes and lives with her beautiful art and her contagious smile.

The following services will be held at Flanner and Buchanan - Floral Park; Visitation Monday from 4-8 PM , Eastern Star service Monday at 6 PM and Funeral Tuesday at 10 AM. Please share condolences online at http://www.flannerbuchanan.com
