Donald Eugene Feaster Sr., 80, Kokomo, passed away at 11:28 A.M. on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at St. Joseph Hospital, Kokomo. He was born on October 25, 1931 in Hartford City, IN to the late Dorothy (Yencer) Silvers. Donald served in the United States Army from 1950 to 1953. After being honorably discharged from the Army, Donald began working at Chrysler, and he retired from there 31 years later. Donald married Margaret Malone on November 26, 1955, and she survives. He was a member of the U.A.W. and the Eagles. Donald enjoyed fishing, bowling, watching the Cincinnati Reds and I.U. basketball. Donald also enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren play sports.

Donald is survived by his wife, Margaret Feaster; a son, Donald E. (Kimberly) Feaster Jr.; a daughter, Nancy Jo Feaster; grandchildren, Shannon, Chad, Nicholas, Leslie, Amanda and Jacob; along with great grandchildren, Haley, Heaven, Hunter, Lanie, Chad Jr., Jaylin, Owen, Harrison, Ayden, Jayda and Taren. Other survivors include his sisters, Phyllis Blakley and Mary Jane Ellershaw.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents; a great granddaughter, Courtney; a brother, Robert; and a sister, Charlotte.

There will be a funeral service for Donald at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 South Webster St. Kokomo, on Friday, May 4, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Kenneth Spangler officiating. At the conclusion of the funeral, we will be taking Donald to his final resting place in Albright Cemetery, Kokomo. Donald's friends and family are welcome to join for a time of visitation on Friday, May 4, 2012, from Noon to 2:00 P.M., also at the mortuary.
