Bonnie (Young) Girton, 78, passed away April 29, 2012 at the Rawlins House in Pendleton.
She was born August 22, 1933 in Ingalls, and was a lifelong Madison County resident. She attended Pendleton schools.
Bonnie was employed as a CNA and QMA, retiring from Rawlins House after 17 years service.
She attended Eastview Church of the Nazarene in Anderson.
Survivors include a daughter, Sarah Rawlings and family of Lafayette; a son, William David Girton and grandson, Jonathan Girton of Paducah, Kentucky; sister, Betty Lawson of Pendleton; special nephew, Butch (wife, Jill) Fesler and several other nieces and nephews; and several great- and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 3:30 P.M., Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, 211 E. State St., Pendleton, Indiana 46064 with Pastor Thomas Chapman officiating. Burial will follow in Grove Lawn Cemetery, Pendleton.
Visitation from 1:30 to 3:30 P.M., Wednesday at Lahm Chapel, Pendleton.
