Mrs. Alpha J. Moeller 95 of Indianapolis passed away November 20, 2010. She was born October 10, 1915 in Indianapolis to the late Willis and Maude Allen. She married Herbert R. Moeller on August 2, 1938. He has preceded her in death.
Survivors include children, William L.(Donna) Moeller, Robert R.(Linda) Moeller and Irma J. (Walt) Meyer, eight grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Alpha is preceded in death by five sisters and 2 brothers.
Alpha worked for PR Mallory and Co which enabled her to contribute to the forming of Allied Appliances Co. Inc which she and her late husband founded in 1938 as Herbs Electric. She was also a homemaker and a great cook.
Alpha was a life time member of St. John Lutheran Church and a former member of the Ladies Aide.
Friends may call Monday from 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 PM at Wilson St Pierre Funeral Service Stirling-Gerber chapel 5950 Thompson Rd. Pastor Phillip Krupski will officiate a funeral service to be held Tuesday at 10:30 A.M. at St. John Lutheran Church with a calling one hour prior at the church 6630 Southeastern Ave. Burial will follow in St. Johns Cemetery.
