Matt Cummings and I assisted Rob in the Seniors Division in 2011. In the short softball season we got to know him and Kristen very well. He was a great person and will be missed. My deepest sympathy goes out to the Henke Family

I worked with Rob for several years as President and CEO of Bauer and Foss and then as Director of Marketing of Glazer's of Ohio. Both companies were statewide wine distributors in Ohio. Rob was one of the real Gentlemen in the business. He was truly one of the real "Good Guys" . Up front, to the point and full of factual information. Anything Rob told you you could "take to the bank". My sympathy to the entire family.

I knew Rob and the whole Henke family from when I worked as a cook at Nero's from 1982 to 1983. All of the Henkes welcomed me like an extended member of the family. I am very sorry and shocked to hear about this sad news. My deepest condolences to all of you.

I have many fun memories of Rob and the entire Henke clan during those days long ago at "Nero's Olde World Chili". I am truly sorry to learn of his death.

May the peace that passes all understanding be with Ellen, the children and the rest of the family.

God bless,

Joe Wells

We are so sorry. Rob helped us in many ways. We work in the hospitality industry. I've work at Ruth's Chris Steak House for 17 years and he was helping us from the beginning. But he was also a good friend. I didn't find out until just before he passed. Our prayers go out to all his family members. Jimmy's eulogy was perfect. God Bless.

Ellen and Family,

We are so sorry to hear of the loss of Rob. We think of both of you when we have a great glass of wine. We have a bottle from a wine maker Rob introduced us to in the wine cooler, the one with the handprints on! Rob was always so generous to us.
I miss seeing you, talking and working with you Ellen.
May your hearts find the peace they need to heal the pain of separation.

There has never been a better person in the wine industry. Rob was the man we all strive to be. He was a great business partner, a great friend, and an inspiration to many. Working with Rob was a true pleasure as you knew your day would be filled with laughter and great stories. His love of family and faith brought a sense of perspective to those around him. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the Henke family.

Joyce, Jamie, Jeff, Tim and Tammy,
I can't even begin to tell you how heavy my heart is. I didn't know Rob was sick, which made the news even more of a shock. I think back to the good days in Bloomington and knowing the Henke's made it even more special.
I think I am one of the lucky people for having known all of you. I remember when I was visiting in Bloomington I stopped in at Big Red Liquor and
